They show you work out but it’s a little “tryhard”. If you lost weight and this is your after photo then okay but I’d find a more creative way to show off my body if I was in your shape. That said, it’s not bad for Tinder but you can do better.

I have a similar picture (towel ab mirror selfie) but don't post it on my profile. I send it to girls sometime and it works well. No selfie is technically a good pic for any dating apps
