I asked a chick who seems dtf for a booty pic to screen/build some tension. She said “hmmm you first 😉” I can definitely send one since I have been doing heavy squats and glute isolation exercises but don’t feel it would be optimal. What would you guys do?

Lol. Getting a booty pic won't really build sexual tension. Generally, I'm not a proponent of asking for nudes since I think it backfires more often than it helps. I would say something like "What would you like to see?"

okay, yeah I just said “feeling shy?” and things moved on ok from there. ill just go for the instagram when I need more pics.
