If that's the case it's a bug
If that's not the case get and you're "shadowbanned" meaning that you're way down on the queue list. You can try the upload pics with the metadata removed, maybe a new sim/number,
But most likely only thing that can help is a new phone.

I get a few from the 1s printing their ig but my 1st 1 I got like 70 n 2 weeks n then the more accs I made the less sucesss lol

Yeah, so basically tinder is punishing you but putting you way down on the queue list so you probably get likes from those who always swipe right and also down on the queue.
It's also possible that you saturated the girls in your area(A girl who matched you once and might not match you again especially if the convo didn't go well.) But that doesn't sound like your case.
Honestly I think only a new phone will help cause tinder knows how to recognize the device ID.
