So how would you guys respond ? Attached our whole convo for context, but my question basically refers to the very end of the last screenshot (hopefully they're in order, but just in case i also indicated the sequence in the upper part of the screenshots themselves)

- (Replying to "Yass") "attagirl, so when are you free first week of jan"
- Just ignore the fact that she ignored it and like her message
- "Happy holidays to you too ! We'll just see if our amor will stand the test of time"
Open to other suggestions as well. Just wanna make sure I don't screw this one up lol
Context :
We've been casually chatting for over a week now since we matched (we both take ages to reply), eventually soft closed and got a positive response, but when i went for hard close she said she was already fully booked for the rest of the year. I said no problem me too, asked her when is she free first week of jan but as you can see, I didn't get a direct response. It's annoying but probably my fault since my previous message basically contained two messages (have to keep reminding myself to keep messages short and direct/one-idea per message, especially when closing)
Last question too, in general : what do you think about leaving a girl on read for a substantial period of time ? is it helpful, harmful, or doesn't matter ? Cos in this example, and since i'm in a different timezone than you guys, she'll have been left on read for half a day or more by the time i respond to her

anyway i decided to just like the "happy holidays" and hit her up again in a couple of days, maybe christmas and/or new year

You can leave her on read for a day or two but too much will make her think ur not interested. Set the meet up soon asap

Hey man thanks. Yeah I've always wondered if I was overthinking this too much, hate to admit it but i do get anxious when i've left a chick on read for too long
not sure if you've read the rest of the screenshots though, she said she wasn't free anymore the rest of the holidays which is fair. So we sorta agreed in principle to meet first week of Jan, except that she ignored my hard close ("what evenings are you free first week of Jan"). So I'm wondering how to proceed from here (like then reengage in a few days, or playfully call it out/ask her again what her sched is like first week of Jan )

Well i would recommend you to get the number rather than ig as lots of guys are texting her there and its separate you from the crowd as u ask for number not ig just like others and if she doesnt give number then do ig

UPDATE : so after reengaging a couple of times, I was able to hard-close. See the screenshots, her last reply was last night. My replies to that were just a couple of minutes earlier. (I edited in the timestamps)
But as you can see, her username and profile pic are no longer displayed (just "Instagram User"). I only learned of this after I sent my last two messages. So after her last reply (but before I sent my last messages), she must have either blocked me or she just simply and (hopefully) temporarily deactivated. I'd like to think it's the latter since I don't think I did anything off anyway ? Or was she pissed that I didn't reply to her immediately ? But let me know what you guys think. Either way I know there's not much I can really do at this point haha
BUT if it is just a temporary deactivation/social media break (and hopefully she'll be back online before our date) :
My second question is, I'm wondering if my very last message (i.e. i'm coming from work not in the area, so let's meet 8pm to be sure) is reasonable or will just complicate things, and therefore I should unsend it (since she's deactivated, she won't see me unsending). Truth is I can very much meet her earlier, but I felt that I shouldn't be readily available for her & immediately agree, and so I should stick to my busy/work frame
I'm obviously overthinking here. I've been fucking and have other dates lined up (in fact I wasn't able to immediately reply cos I was with a girl), but i think the scarcity/oneitis is coming through cos she's a foreigner and pretty hot lol
