Trying to get this girl to commit to the date
We agreed to hang out a few weeks back, she flaked the day off with a shitty excuse but asked if we could hang out the next day - I rejected this and proposed another time which she agreed on. Our city went back into lockdown so we had to reschedule for another time. A little messaging back and forth during this time, I kept it pretty distant but she would initiate contact more than I would. She messaged me a few days ago asking how I was and saying she was thinking about me and whether we should risk breaking the lockdown rules and see each other - I said yes and I was supposed to go to her place. The day of I asked if we were on, she said she was a little nervous and I dug a little deeper to find out what her concern was, apparently she was worried her neighbors would call the cops on us as we were breaking the stay at home order. I told her I didn't really care. A little back and forth banter and teasing, I proposed two other days to hang and she replies to all my texts but won't answer that particular question.
Getting to a point where it feels like she is wasting my time. I am thinking I arrange a call with her to build some more comfort and then pull back and try to re-arrange?

Any suggestions?
