I don't know what does the girl's profile look like and I'm not an expert, so here is my $0.02.
Unless some of her pics are suggestive, I'd start off with some playful banter and teasing to make her comfortable with me and then gradually drive the conversation toward the sex to stimulate her sexual mind.
After the part "Her: Ruin 😭how", my reply would've been: "Already impatient, huh? 😏 Well, I've got a few ideas up my sleeve, and you'll find about that on our first romantic date😉". My response does 3 purposes: 1) Playfully tease on her desperation, 2) keep her guessing and curious, and 3) indirectly asserting that you'll both have a date. After this, I'd change the subject to something different like where she is from, her background, etc.
Keep in mind that women know you want sex from her and most of them don't want to make a first impression that they are a cheap and low value 304 (exceptions exist but they are exceptions for a reason).
