What is a recommended time to wait before creating a new account on Tinder, Bumble, and Hinge after deleting the last one? I plan to use a different way of logging in and would not be purchasing any premium deals. Is there still a chance I get shadow banned?

No one knows. I think you'll be safe if it's not something you are doing often. My buddy does it every few months and I don't think hes been shadow banned yet

Supposedly tinder keeps your data for three months after you quit. Not saying you have to wait that long, but after that amount of time you should definitely be in the clear.
Bumble seems to be a bit more lenient on restarts, and hinge I'm not sure.

They have your ip logged and dock you for making multiple accounts. Only way it works is on a new phone
