Now that were here though I would respond with "Oh it's planned out all the way to the first...just need to know when you're free this week so we can make this a reality" or the more conservative route "Oh it's planned, when you free this week so we can turn it into a reality?"

Agreed. It's a minor shit test and to pass it I would go with something like "Nah it's planned, what's your schedule like this week so we can make this happen?"
