Yes, but the only way I was able to work is when I got someone else to create on my phone and run it for me. It was still the same photos and bio. But everything else including the phone, wife and number was totally different

I have. Use a new number, email and phone to create a new account. VPN doesn't work on Hinge so you need to do a factory data reset if you want to create a new account in the same device without being shadowbanned again. And erase the EXIF data from your pics.
