These and the ones u posted in the comments are great! The only 1 i dont really like is 6th cuz the guy is just standing there looking into the camera but even that one is 5x better then what average guy has on a dating app haha. Also with the Alexs pic i think it would be even better if he was looking at his doggo instead of just staring into a distance

2 3 4 8 12 13 are the best IMO. 2 is definitely the best one of that guy. 3- Alex takes a good photo, shows both care and fearless dominance of the hand near dogs mouth. 4 the dude is jacked without too tryhard. The doctor looks better in 13 than the one in uniform with tablet which looks too staged. 1 is a good looking dude but clutching the coffee cup like that is not good. 5 6 7 9 10 11 are just ok, a couple of those look tryhard (I think 9 & 10 especially).
Bro you're a great photographer so I'm nitpicking your photos more than other guys, just a common area where these photos could improve I'd say id looking more natural in the ones I mentioned as being just ok or kinda tryhard. Hope this helps
I'm sorry, but these all just look super staged. I don't think it's your fualt, I just think hiring a photographer just doesn't work, it can't replicate the "a friend took this pic for me while we were having fun"

These are really good man, definitly alot of ideas to get from this. I'm curious how you guide your subjects so that they look good.

just bullshit with them, ask them what they been up to, tell them jokes etc. i take about 150-300 photos during a 4 hour shoot and generally use only 6-12 of them. I edit raw photos in lightroom (and photoshop-if they want to get rid of a flaw) then convert to jpeg.
If they're just using for instagram or dating apps I sometimes use FaceApp and add the "masculine" AI edit under "gender" if it doesn't distort the photo too much. I also sometimes use the "passion" filter AI in "expression" category and put it on "2" or "1" which is very subtle so people can't tell its edited and wont create such a drastic change that it would cause someone to be a catfish.
Try to avoid using faceapp at first and focus on photo content and composition.
Have half your photos looking away from the camera and try to incorporate hobbies/passions/work or just very general activities like coffee/drinks/working on laptop.
