Question - where to take this from here?

So I do very well on hinge. My strategy is pretty simple: talk for a bit, ask for the number to set up a call and hang, and usually after the call it’s pretty much locked in. Very rarely I’ll get some girls say stuff like this (see image). What’s a good way to keep things going? Should I just say texting is fine still shoot me the number or what? Thought about saying I’m just a busy person so usually not a fan of texting to get to know someone. Thanks bros
