I might go with "Best quality is probably determination and worst is I'm too honest" it's not qualifying yourself a huge amount and it's gonna make her intrigued. I always tell a girl my worst quality is my honesty because you can explain it in a way where it sounds bad to you and good to her if that makes sense. ie: "I'm too honest sometimes and it can get me into trouble.." or "I'm very bold often and some people can take it the wrong way" Most of the time it works for me.
