Unfortunately, I don't have many new pics since the last time I posted (just the shirtless one is new) due to health issues that I have now straightened out. Would love some feedback on my profile since I'm getting matches but nearly no one is responding to my first message (included those as well). Perhaps it's the shirtless pic? I’m 34 on the app should I change it to 30?

Profile looks good man. I think you're good to go on the photos. Maybe change up your approach on the messages. In my experience on Hinge, you don't need to be super flirty. Just have a normal conversation and build rapport. I personally try to comment on either travel photos or drinking photos and then just talk about what you have in common around drinking / traveling - then just ask em "Well ay, since we both love margaritas we should meet up for one sometime. You down?"

your profile is pretty solid man, if your getting matches, but theyre not responding then the issue is not in the pics but in the text game. Your texting in these examples isnt terrible but i wouldnt say they are great either. Try going with a standard opener and see what happens. Try "Hey trouble".
Also diversify amongst different dating apps, try tinder, bumble, hindge to maximize all the leads you have coming in .

Thanks for the feedback. If I were to get any new pics, what would you suggest? I'm thinking one of me in a blazer and one of me grilling.

Yeah bro I wanted to add that remove any group photos, the grilling & blazer photo ideas sound great
