I actually came into a similar situation where the girl said “potentially? Yeah that makes me like you more” and I called her out by saying “are you always this quick to come to a conclusion”. Just for anyone who has a similar problem and comes across this thread

“Yes.” Or “Potentially.”

If you really wanted to be long winded you shouldve called her out/addressed her comment.

Or you couldve been witty, something along the lines of “oh So youre sold on me already?;)”

But you reassured her and just took away the chase

“Dark hair, great smile, nice booty with a bit of a wild/adventurous side” obviously calibrate this to your liking and how prude or wild this girl seems.

One answer I've found that works well after women say "potentially" is " Yes, I'll find out for sure on our date"
