I would crop photo 3 to fill more of the picture if you are going to go with it as your first pic.
I get your trying to show the building but honestly I don't think its necessary given your other pics with similar landscapes. Do you have any smiling or looking at the camera? Also, do you have any of the soccer action shots with that show you from the front? I think that would be a killer pic.
Agree about dropping pic 4 due to cell phone. I personally think picture 1 is fine, it looks slightly posed but not terribly bad.
Lastly it would be good to get a another clear one of your face, especially if you are moving your first pic out.

I like the third one the best. First looks too posed and no one wants to see someone on their phone (IMO)
