Depends on how good your photos are but its better to have just 3 great photos then to have 3 great, 2 good and 2 decent ones

You can never have too many photos. but it’s better to have four really good ones. than 8, with 4 really good ones and 4 bad ones.

8 pics can come off as too keen, try hard.
Unless you have a really cool life style and can show 8 different pics...
