Photo Critique? Barely any likes on Tinder / Bumble / Hinge

Hey guys, would appreciate some critique,
Most people say that my photos are fine, however I'm barely getting any decent matches - low count on likes, and the quality of likes are usually 5/10s. I thought I have a shadowban issue on Tinder, however since I get even worse results (almost 0 likes on Hinge and almost 0 on Bumble) on other apps, I can safely say that the problem isn't shadowban.
My friend who gave me critical feedback said that my photos make me look gay (lol), not dominant and too staged. I agree with the feedback when it comes to being staged, which is why I started using more group photos in my recent attempt at Bumble. So far I had 5 likes in total in 2 days of using Bumble, which I haven't matched with any of them (all were 5/10 girls).
I think my issue could be with not having sex appeal (not having a candid shirtless photo because i dont have a ripped body which i need to work on) and I agree with my buddy that the the photos might be looking too staged.
I want to get more photos of doing cool stuff, and I want to start working out to improve my physique. However, I want to get some outside opinion on my current set of pics.

Hahah nah I had different photos before. I started including group photos to address the ‘staged’ problem. I removed the 2 of the group photos now though

Thanks for the feedback. I do need muscle. I deleted hinge after trying it out recently, I’ll make a new acc if the changes I make to my profile work out

Anyway, I wear feather earrings and have long hair. No one thinks I'm gay though. I think you can wear feminine stuff and dye your hair if you want to but you do have to compensate with some masculine traits as well.
For example I have a lot of tattoos (including a sleeve) and I wear leather jackets so it's more acceptable because it's more of a rockstar/celebrity/peacock type of look.
I think your style should reflect your personality so I would find a way to make your style a bit more masculine rather than trying to look like someone else.
Just my opinnion though.
