Doesn't really make sense. I would go with a simple "hey trouble" but if you really want to go with the card opener try something more like "Damn that's a lot of cards, you play?" Wouldn't recommend though. I would integrate it later on in the conversation.

Or “that’s alot of cards, do you play them well”
