Got a number after a soft-close. She was investing until I tried to make plans. I handled a concern in the interaction and therefore, I'm thinking that she still has some concerns. I'm thinking of - "If you have some concerns, I'd understand" as my way to re-engage and find what's up. Any thoughts?

Yeah man, overall the text game here is subpar. First off, the whole make-out thing was a bit weird. Secondly, your closing was suboptimal over text. Take a look at my video called "5 steps to setting up a date" It'll explain in more detail. I wouldn't necessarily say it's that she has a concern, it might just be that you're low priority on her list. & Lastly, your last text wasn't the best.
