No fap doesn’t mean no sex, it means no fapping. It’s something I strongly recommended to any virgin, because it forces you to make social connections with girls rather than rely on your dominant hand. I think if you having sex with high quality women, semen retention is far less necessary. But after going more than 275 days, I promise you the confidence you get is insane. I agree. Some people will call bs but if you keep a schedule like once a week I really do feel a difference in the way I’m able to connect with others. Also for me, the longest I did no fap was for around 30 days and because I don’t have sex on a regular basis like some people do, the withdrawal effects of not cumming start to get to you. So once a week is the best I’ve come up with so far.
