Yo ash, I made a mistake. Looking back at her text, it shows rather she may be a time-waster rather dtf. If she said, "I'm just here because I'm bored and looking for fun..." that would be an entire different story. But here, she's simply stating that she has no intentions of meeting up with anybody. The right move here is to collect more information about her. Don't say what I told you before, ask if she has ever met anyone off of tinder...
