I would redo 1 and imitate Alex’s look in his main photo, hold the coffee with purpose and look side ways straight or down but not up, looks like you are focusing on someone in a dominant position over you in this photo. Get rid of 2

You can do much better brotha. I wouldnt use any of these. The third one is passable, but you will do well if you get completely different shots
3rd pic is the only viable one but not sure how it will be on tinder when it automatically crops it.

For the first one I’d choose a better shirt and not a sweater, bring the camera back a bit and put the phone on portrait mode.
2nd just get a new outfit and take multiple pics in the location and you’ll get one that will do just fine.
