My $0.02: your face is way overexposed in the first picture. Need to pull back the highlights. Also the expression is kind of sad with slouchy posture to where it looks like your belly is protruding.

This community is generally against posed pictures like the second one.

First photo need more exposure on the face, it's not bright enough...
