The doppelganger pics will definitely produce much more results as I am sure you already have experienced. The question comes down to how " real" do you want to keep your profile. The more doppelganger pics you use the more results you will get, but you also run the potential risk of getting called out. Personally, I think that you look enough like him that with good game you should be able to pull it off the vast majority of the time
