i think you might have used "didn't take you for the flakey type" too early that's like the last most shot plus she didn't really confirm. i'd have said "i understand if you're too nervous". I guess now you can "only if you're into that sorta thing"

I agree youre hyping yourself a bit much. wouldnt go that far.. for instance "i get it, too scared to handle" would be better replaced by "its cool, you can make it up to me"
looks like its been a day or so. give her a few days to respond. if she doesnt use another takeaway, id go with #3
