Hey guys, figure I should make a journal of sorts. I’m looking to get better at PUA this year.
First, a brief about me and my journey so far:
Been approached by hot girls all my life but never been able to convert. Found pick up material when I was 24 and drastically began to change my life. Went to the gym, began looking for a fulfilling career etc.

The first thing you want to do is figure out if there is a physical component to this (they are often is) . Have you had your total and free testosterone checked recently?

Your hormones determine everything. So, yes, if you have low testosterone or more importantly low free testosterone that will have a DRAMATIC EFFECT on your sex life.

I dont know if you masturbate or watch porn but I recommend stopping if you want to fix your ED and PE . Learning breathing exercises also helps and being able to stop yourself by before you ejaculate is important as well ( look up trantra ). Anyways, glad that you are trying shit and attempting to get your game together like the rest of us.
