Well I also had the same experience, and me and this chick are going good now. Im 22 and she's 28 so yeah. It took like, 1 month and 2 weeks of texting back forth to finally get the date and meet up. But it seems to me this girl is a little more aggressive and shit tests you alot. You just gotta be consistent bro and keep texting and if she keeps responding its for a reason. Never get upset with her or force it. Keep your cool be playful and try to have good banter always. You can send voice memos and even talk otp to be diffrent.
