dude, you need to stop prize framing girls in your opener and being so lengthy. This is a pretty bad frame at the moment. Your opener should have been split into a convo of like 3 separate statements that she conversed with you. Like you could have said "you seem like my type" and get her to ask why then you could have responded (although I would have put in something a bit more sexual (secret wild submissive side or something like that). Keep things to 1-2 lines at first unless she is going out of her way to invest then you would need to add a touch more but move it in the direction you want. Right now you're aimless with no destination.

Your next response is still prize framing.

A much better response would have been "Your financial literacy has piqued my interest. We should chat about it more our romantic date I've planned." Then you go into the soft wine close from there. Or something like "that's pretty intriguing, well have to rule over (whatever your location is) with an iron fist" then move onto something more sexual or ask if she likes win.

regardless you gotta get out of this frame. At this point she is telling you she doesn't want to talk about finance anymore. So I would probably ask to give you some of the other basics "any kids, tattoos, favorite weekend hobbies, pets, crazy exes or fun kinks (you don't need to use all of them just pick 3-4).
