I have versions of all of these pictures where I am looking forward I’ll do some A B testing. Personally I think this angle looks more attractive but I do agree looking forward is ideal.

You look too much like a young kid. You have to do something about the hair. And also maybe more serious expressions. #3 is pretty good

Keep the first one and the hiking ones if you want. Get a good one of you smiling at or near the camera. Get a body pic. Get a clearer photo of your dog.
