You're doing ok, I'd just stop using emojis and lols but thats relatively small. Give her some time to respond. If you dont hear from her you can use a takeaway like "dont think too hard now"

Not sure if “in 2024 an emoji is a response” is appropriate or if I should straight ask her if she’s even serious about meeting .

yeah could be the case, i like to think of it in terms of odds. the odds are smaller but its still possible "ah 2024 where an emoji counts as a response"
