Is there any way to help me if I'm 28, virgin, wearing glasses, skinny and my height is 170 cm(5'57ft) and with no social life?
I just wonder if the only way for me is to go to the South East Asia, or yet I can get to the level of truly attractive women here, where I live (Poland). Considering all the features that I mentioned and starting from the absolute bottom. I don't know what to do.

But will it work out given physical unattractiveness? I won't even pass the phase of preselection.

You can change a lot about your physical attractiveness/unattractiveness, start working on it, lift weights, eat clean, save up to do eye corrective surgery, improve your style, improve your personality, have some experience with women, make more money. Each step towards your best self is going to increase your SMV and your confidence, and it will make moving forward easier. Do not waste your time looking for shortcuts, DO THE WORK.
