First you are being too pushy (I used to do this stuff as you), she is saying she had a lot of work and the only thing you say is "let's have a drink sometime soon". You open right away with "is still up the meeting" (or something like that you said) and at the end, you ended the convesation again with "no worry maybe next week". In the perspective of the girl, with those 3 screenshots the only thing I know of you, is that you want to meet her right away, these means neediness, you do not have anything going in your life and it seems this girl is the world for you (like it's your first girlfriend).
I would wait some days, and then Ryan Gosling meme. -Waiting days will show no neediness and a meme will show you confidence

I kinda agree with Rthis Rthat. I prefer to only text for logistics but I've found that a little banter keeps her hooked. She seems interested in you but I think it would help if you chatted a bit more before the hard close. I've solidified more dates by doing that.
