I spose I wouldn't describe her as "purposely difficult", the communication has been vague and she offered to meet tonight.

I think she's probably dtf now and doesn't like the idea of waiting. I also don't think she is purposely being difficult. You offered her 2 options, both of which it seems like she can't do. For your next text, go with something like "Hmm...Solution?" and see what she says
