It was my last night in Tampa and they weren’t responding fast enough to build some solid banter. So I felt like my only move was to be honest and let them know I could make plans asap. I knew my chances were low but just wondering how y’all would have handled this situation

I don't see a reliable way of saving this with the time constraint. You'd need the power of the holy spirit to bend reality as you saw fit to get these girls in that timeframe given the early convos lol

Not much else you could've done. The response to "whos ur bias" was bad, should have just said "You'll find that out on our date, i dont wanna tell u all my secrets already" that would have a higher chance of working and getting her hooked
