Been snap chatting this girl For about 3 weeks off and on, Don't know where she added me from and says the same. Don't know how we got in contact with each other.
She had something on her story that said "pullin my dress up all summer for him." I replied and said " Your a wild one"

I haven't responded yet but she keeps going to the "maybe, sometime" Response when I say something about hanging out or anything like that. When we first started talking on snapchat she first said maybe to hanging out but she wanted to make sure I wasn't some killer or anything and I told her thats understandable. What should I do from here?

Try moving over to text. If she doesn't comply to that, then you know she's a time waster

When I first reached out to her I asked for her number and she Told me she don't give out her number to random People. (I was expecting something like that) I told her She don't have to worry about anything. Im not a Cereal killer or anything like that and Got a Laughvout of her. Also told her we can call or Video chat on snapchat sometime soon. Her Response was "Possibly, maybe"

how long ago was that? If that was her initial reaction then before the convo got started thats one story but if you been chatting for a while and she still wont give her number out then thats a time waster, try again to move things towards some kind of close. You want to always be looking at compliance and focusing your energy on girls where theres actually a chance on good convo
