Is low investment a factor of not having an attractive profile?

Let's say my Tinder has gotten about 50 matches over the past month and a half, with Platinum and about 5,000+ swipes (this is a guess, I need the raw data I requested). I've had only one date so far which didn't go anywhere.

The girls I've talked to over the last week or so have put in one sentence or one word responses, and I'm always doing the heavy lifting and asking open ended questions. It's also frustrating because I don't get enough matches to practice game with, but when I get in a flow, I can sometimes convert to a number.

Has anyone had experience with this before? Are low investment interactions the norm?

In fairness, I haven't taken updated pictures with the suggestions that were given on here and elsewhere. But with the matches I do get, it just seems like an interesting pattern.

There's definitely a direct correlation between the quality of your profile and investment of your matches. On average, the better your profile, the more investment girls will give you. That being said, even with a good profile like mine, you'd still encounter low investment girls. 50 likes in a month is definitely very low. Which further suggests to me the big issue is the quality of your profile

Often it's more about your text game really if you matched with a girl and she didn't unmatch/she's responding, honestly, you can work with that in most cases. The main points are just to make sure:

  • You're keeping the vibe fun and flirty

  • ^ Follow up to that is not being too logical

  • Investing the same or a little less than she is (don't write paragraphs if she's giving you 1 sentence etc.)

  • Not asking boring questions or steering the conversation in circles per say

Hope this helps bro
