Did a very solid cold approach (pwf style). She texted me 5 min after we said goodbye.

Her: It’s been good I was in (other city). How about you?
Me: Nice what trouble did you get into there
Me: Just chilled at the beach, everything missing was a bit of (her name) ;)
Her: She tells where she was in the city and says how the beach sounded nice
Me: Yes, picked out a cute outfit for tomorrow yet
No response.
Next day, day of the date:
Me: Let me know if we’re not on for tonight so I know (I send this at 2pm)
Her: Hi I just woke up fell asleep before you wrote, I woke up with a high temperature 🤒(send this at 9 pm)
Her: I was looking forward so meeting up but I’m afraid to go out if I’m sick
Me: Ah sucks being sick!! But it’s no problem, hope you’re feeling better soon
(According to when she sent the text, she slept from 8pm to 4pm the next day lol)
5 days later on Sunday:
Me: Hey 🍒
Her: Hello there
Me: You feeling any better
Her: I’m feeling good now
Me: Perfect, we should celebrate 😏
Her: Yes we should 😌
Me: I have a good idea how (send pic of wine bottle)
Her: I’m down 😊
Me: 👌
Me: How’s this week looking
Her: Think I’m free all week
Me: Wednesday night?
Her: Yes sounds good 😌
Me: Yes, especially on my romantic balcony ;)
No response.
Wednesday on day of the date:
Me: Gosling meme
She reads it but no response.
Her at 9pm that evening:
Her: Oh my god I didn’t see the message from sunday I’m sorry 💕
Me: So cute but so flakey 😏
Her: Hahaha, what are you doing friday night?
Me Open as of now, did you want to give this a third charm try ;)
Her Yess of course I want to ;)
Me: Let’s do friday then, you’ll have to make it up to me then ;)

2 days later day of the date:
Me: Hey blonde are we still good for tonight
And she hasn’t responded all day or say night for this.
Would you even bother with this chick at this point? If so, how?

I do think part of the issue here is poor confirmation on your end. The rule I always give is get the conversation started first and then go for the confirmation. Not saying that this would have definitely resulted in a different outcome, but it does optimize your chances a bit more. In terms of what to do next, it's really upto you. Comes down to personal preference. no right or wrong

Well first of all "Yes, especially on my romantic balcony ;)" was unnecessarily gamey and you could have just as well left her on read there.
On the day of the date I would have assumed it was on and asked her "how late at night can you meet up?" instead of your confirmation text.
At this point I would hit her with "Just lmk if you're not interested anymore" in 3 days

Imo just a couple things I noticed.
Did you guys talk about your balcony before you brought it up? Don’t see it here but maybe you did in person
Liking her “me too” message was prob a little too soon with out having invested more
2pm is a little late to confirm a date even tho she didn’t respond the night before.
I wouldn’t have confirmed that way with the 2pm text. I would Gosling meme her and just go with hey cutie, still good for tonight? Or something similar
Concluding thoughts: lack of building attraction, investment, and she’s feeling stranger danger.
I would just try to flirt, sexualize, invest and banter a little more.

At this point try and suggest a bar near you when closing.
If she doesn’t reply to that.
Just say look, (her name) I gotta say I’m a bit disappointed, didn’t take you for the flakey type.
