Just my 2 Cents, this forum layout is very basic and outdated (select layout from phpbb free themes or from themeforest),
Launch this forum with real quality field reports and later member contributions will follow itself , just take care of privacy issues like blurring facial pictures (all mobile have apps for that) in no time it will be popular as the old FB group page once was.
