"i'll let you know"
i hate this phrase, not sure if i should treat it differently because we hooked up already but almost every girl who uses this on me...never actually follows through. should i let this lead go cold and wait for her to text me or be more proactive in locking down a potential time to meet. couple things to note, we went out once and hooked up same night, she said after sex she felt "intimidated" by me but she likes that i'm dominant in bed, and also made it a point to say she doesn't get attached easily. not sure if any of this changes how i should approach this. maybe she just saw me as a one night stand.

she seems interested man, i would change your phrasing. Instead of saying "when are you free to hangout" you could say "you free x x or x x night?"
In terms of what to do next, just wait a few days and re engage her
i thought if i ask for specific nights she could easily say no out of being busy. so i always just ask girls "when are you free" or "what's your schedule like"

Be specific ..Women can pick up when a guy is too available you should be doing other things being busy instead of being on her time and then fill her in, invite her to something you are already going to do ...
"I`m free on this day we can meet at xyz would xx time work for you?..." If she gives you that line again move on because she ́s stringing you...
I would just leave it considering she gave you that response ...
I've also been getting the "I'll let you know" reply recently, like from 2 or 3 different girls this week. Usually it was in reply to me asking, "does day x or day x work better for you?" after a soft close and some flirty back and forth and seeming interest from her. None of these girls have let me know as of today lol.
I'll try your "you free x x or x x night?" as my wording may have made me seem a little toavailable to her and her schedule. Any other tips?

I ́ll let you know what? There is no "I ́ll let you know" , she ́s messing around possibly and if that one dude flakes your basically next in line as a backup

Don ́t respond and move on to the next until she comes around & let ́s you know if she does then you can see when you are free otherwise everything will be on her terms.... ...also an option
A possible route is to just "thumbs up" her message. Address it, but don't feed into it. This is probably her trying to come across like she doesn't care as much as those first couple of texts would hint at. In my experience the "I'll let you know" response has actually led to them following through as long as I address it but don't push, but usually after about 3 days to a week.
