I don't like feeding girls. You can just ignore and go for the wine / drinks close. If you can't get her over, then find a bar near your place. But I'd do what I could to stay away from food.
You don't have to acknowledge the food part. You can simply go into the drinks route. Unless she objects to drinks in every way and pushes for food. Then you can deal with it, but I'd be suspicious why she is insistent on food. I'd wonder if she was just trying to get a free meal or control the frame (whatever that frame may be).
