So I like this girl at the gym and I talk to her every once in a while, but I've established myself as a friend instead of someone who likes her and now she sees me as that. Any tips on how I can try to show her that I have interest in her? And btw I'm new to this any feedback is appreciated

Don't go from 0-100 with flirting tho. For the start just give her a genuine compliment and have a fun convo. Next time tease her a bit etc.
If you're really deep in the friendzone don't talk to her for a few months. Then you will basically have a "new start" so you can go up to her again and start talking + flirting
