How to text a girl to come to your place after you have exchanged numbers

So what is the best way to tell a girl you want her to come to your place for a drink? During the text I will ask her do you like wine? then I will say we should split a bottle sometime soon... then get her number etc... then while texting when we talk about particulars... i would in the past say "lets split a bottle of wine on my romantic balcony" ...is there a better way of doing this since i havent done it initially before i got her number? the last 3 girls i have done this with have all had bad reactions to me even asking for her to come to my place... all 3 of blown me off lol... thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated...thx

Well, most of the time if the chick has that negative reaction of coming to your place, then it's a good thing that she was screened out. Meaning the chicks who're at least somewhat dtf will be okay with meeting at a bar nearby despite you suggesting to meet first
