Okay so I know my text game isn't the best but this girl is really sexy and only two miles away, perfect logistics as someone who has an issue driving. Any ideas?
Yeah, it's super straight forward. Just invite her over for "a bottle of wine". Even for people who don't have problems driving, that's the best choice. If she objects to coming straight over pick a bar that's walking distance to your house. That's also the second best choice for people who don't have problems driving when the chick doesn't to come straight over. The good news is, the fact that you can't drive isn't going to affect your results negatively in any way.
Now what if I don't drink personally? I was never told I can't, just that it's "better if I dont" that's always something I struggle with, like inviting girls out for drinks if I don't drink
Just have a few sips of your drink. Literally, just sip on your glass of wine and you'll be good. If you are super paranoid about having any alcohol in your system (Which you should not be), then just take some activated charcoal before hand, it will soak up all the alcohol that you ingest. This is by far the best approach to take if you're serious about busting a nut. A lot of girls need a drink or two to "take the pressure off". By taking a hardcore no drinking route, you will close a lot of doors.
PS - I don't really like to drink either, so I understand where you're coming from. But like I said, there's a simple solution
