We had a break from school for thanksgiving so I told her we would get together after break, I feel like all I have to do now is schedule. I was thinking to say “very good, looking forward to our date now. What’s your schedule like” Thanks for the help

You already brought up the date, don’t be scared to just schedule and close. After all she has your number.

I would go with "I know what else is good" and then wait for her to say "What?" then say "Our romantic date" and then if she is receptive to it continue on to asking for her schedule.
