I agree with most of the guy's comments on here, HOWEVER, I think you should keep your frame and I say this a lot but fuck with her back. You can do this effectively while transitioning the conversation to something more general to build investment from her before soft closing again.

Something like "I don't blame you..what are you up to today?" or insert your choice of a question. It's very subtle but IMO more effective than just a simple transition because that can come off as more awkward. Almost as if you're trying to avoid confrontation with her.

It also seems like you're using a lot of the pre-written lines and it worked for you here, but something to keep in mind for the future is to make sure they're being used in the correct context AND that it's the best text you could send.

it's because you assuming she even is ready to go on a date with very little investment on her end was a little presumptuous. so she gave you a shit test kinda by saying oh what is this date. but she wasn't seriously considering planning a date with you based off 5 messages.
