Had a dinner date at my place set up for today a week ago. I could see the flake coming a mile away because it was hard to maintain interest through the gap. She didn't respond to the confirmation text last night and I hit her with the flakey type text. She hits me with this. How do I proceed?

context: first date was virtual, she's very introverted + socially sort of awkward (but a solid 7), her being overwhelmed at work is not a lie.
