OK, so two things to improve there:

Don't redirect back to the date that easily. You brought it up, she acknowledged but not strongly. You're now trying to soft close without soft closing. Make sense? Just answer her question, vibe a little bit, and then get back to the idea of the date.

Don't compliment her unnecessarily. Compliments = you losing value.

You should have texted her something like "haha blushing is for later. My favourite workout is xyz. Do you workout as well?" and vibe over fitness. Your last text isn't good enough because you are not giving her anything to respond to or invest. If you were in her place how would you answer your last text? If the words " haha Thanks"come to your mind then you are right. Your texts should alow her to invest not respond with a few words.
