If you already had a date with kiss no sex and she already agreed to a second date but 3 days later when I reinitiated the convo all of a sudden i only get cold short answers, no questions back no emojis. Do you ever call her out in a sense like: "what's up you seem like in a bad mood?"
What you're describing is pretty common bro. When you have a date with a girl and you get close to sex but sex doesn't happen, it's very common for them to become distant and cold afterwards. That is because, when they go home they start backwards rationalizing why the sex didn't happen. And after a few days of mental gymnastics, all your faults have suddenly been 10x. This is why I'm a big proponent of always going for the close on the first date. In terms of calling it out, I would be a bit patient. See if this is just a 1 day thing. Also, she if she still shows up for your second date. If she does, let it go and focus on getting the lay. If she flakes, then you can call it out
The first mistake you made was texting her 3 days after the date.
You have to keep in mind that even though there was no makeout or sex, if you are certain the date went awesome (great vibe and energy throughout the whole date on both ends), you need to keep the momentum going. The girl is going to find it highly confusing if you ghosted her for 72 hours, and as a result will most likely lose interest.
Also keep in mind that a girl agreeing to a second date isn't always concrete, sometimes women will do that just to be nice and not necessarily have any intention on going on a second date.
A green flag you can look for is if the girl is the one to initiate the idea of a second date, and/or tells you where she wants to go or what she wants to do.
In this case, don't call her out because she hasn't flaked, use this post to guide your next message based on what you said to her last: https://forums.playingfire.com/posts/what-to-text-a-girl-who-stopped-responding

Calling it out like: "breaking my heart" or "if you are not into that stuff let me know and i can stop trying?"
