Lol you're overcomplicating this. Here's what you do:
Tell her to come by your place and text you when she's there. Meet her and tell her to hop in your car cause some people are over. Just do it and be cool about it, if she's dtf she will follow your lead. Then you turn on some music and make moves in the car. If you don't have a car, ask your parents to borrow theirs. I've done this exact thing over 50 times, almost always works.
Don't make it seem like you don't have a place available when you text girls. Always just say you have your own place. The point is to get them to come out to you. Once you've gotten them there, the rest is easy.

I never thought of this... I’m always driving near the girls’ place because I thought it would make them more likely to meet up since there’s almost zero effort on their end.

I brought girls over when I lived with my parents all the time. My room was on the other side of the house luckily

What Jon Doe, said. & it does work because I’ve done it many times. You have to use Plausible Deniability.
Plausible Deniability is a bullshit excuse to lead her back home or any place really, but in a way that doesn’t come off as in you saying to her...
Instead you tell her something to the effect of like for example:
Believe you me 10/10 she will follow & know it’s ”Car Sex” especially if there’s Chemistry/Connection she’ll be cool about it.
”Stop complicating your life with little details like this & justifying why you’re doing it.”
PS: Make sure you find a very Secluded area to park that will make her feel comfortable. Lol. Unless you’re both into Exhibitionism.
Hope this helps :)

Love this concept. Giving it a term really drives it home!
I always feel like I'm being too logical and complicating things.. gotta break that habit
Thanks Eric
