Sloppy closing Dean, and since you're in lockdown with all bars closed I don't know what your logistics plan here is. With no viable plan, don't start a close you can't finish.
Given the situation? "You're right, drinks needs to wait until after lockdown"
Then change topic, wait for investment to return, and when you have a workable plan you can close that properly.

You're right. My intention was to get her to agree to the general idea of meeting up while the conversation was at a high point and then sort out the logistics at a later point. Reading it back now I realize how sloppy it was but it doesn't matter at this point. Texting is like chess sometimes, except in chess there are clear rules and players stay seated until the game is finished
